Three chairs, one window onto the square, and a rule that nobody gets rushed. Ironwood has been cutting in Bellcross since 2014, and the standing appointment book is most of the business — but there is always at least one chair held open for whoever walks in.
Everything is done the long way. Hot towel before the razor, neck shave finished by hand, and a conversation only if you want one. Bring a photo or bring nothing; both work.
